Terms of service

Remorph lets you capture a public web page, produce a redesigned version of it, and share the comparison as a link or a file. The redesign is a mockup. It is not a deployed change to anyone's website, and Remorph never modifies the captured site.

You need an account for the AI redesign and for hosted links. Capturing, editing by hand and exporting a file do not require one.

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us immediately if you think it has been compromised.

One account is one person. The Agency plan includes several seats; sharing a single login across a team is not that.

Capture pages behind a login, or pages displaying other people's personal data.

Present a Remorph mockup as a live change to someone's site, or otherwise use it to mislead the person you send it to.

Send artifacts to people who have asked you not to contact them, or in breach of the anti-spam rules that apply to you.

Use the AI lane for anything other than redesigning pages you captured — resale of the AI capacity, bulk generation for third parties, or automated scripting of the endpoint.

Attempt to bypass plan allowances, rate limits, or the hosting quota.

We may suspend an account that does any of the above, with notice where circumstances allow.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, and renew automatically until you cancel. Prices are shown on the pricing page and exclude VAT where VAT applies.

Each plan includes a monthly AI allowance. It resets at the start of each calendar month and does not roll over. When it is used up, AI features pause; capture, manual editing, export and hosting keep working.

The allowance exists because each AI redesign has a real cost to us. We publish what it buys in practice, and we will tell you before reducing it.

Cancel any time from your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for; we do not refund a partial month.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have 14 days to withdraw from a subscription. By starting to use the paid features immediately you ask us to begin performance during that period, and you lose the right of withdrawal for the part already performed.

You keep every right you had in the pages you capture and the redesigns you produce. We claim no ownership over them.

You grant us only the licence we need to run the service: storing your artifacts, serving them at the links you create, and transmitting page content to our AI providers when you ask for a redesign.

You are responsible for having the right to capture and share a given page, and for what you send to whom.

We do our best to keep Remorph up but we do not promise uninterrupted service. AI providers occasionally rate-limit or fail; the manual editor keeps working when they do.

Remorph is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may change these terms; material changes are announced by email at least 30 days ahead, and continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.

These terms are governed by the law of France. Consumers keep the protections of their own country's law and may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.
